NTRA is exceptionally well constructed. A former Air Force base, the runways are capable for support of larger aircraft used in freight or commercial service. The utility infrastructure is robust, fiber optic service is available, and access to major roadways is exceptionally close. NTRA has over 200 acres of land with airside access available for development. A new modern 10,700 sq. ft. FBO Terminal was opened in 2022 welcoming based and transient aircraft.
